Outage Communication

Heber Light & Power is partnering with Outifi to bring our customers improved outage communication. When you call us at (435) 654-2913 during an outage you may be instructed to leave a voicemail. Voicemails with details about an outage will go directly to the Dispatcher on duty to assist them in directing power restoration.  All other voicemails will be addressed after the power is restored.

Available Commands to Text:
Text “OUTAGE” – Report a power outage.
Text “STATUS” – Receive the current status of a power outage.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, city service updates, and emergencies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions:
To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” at any time. For assistance, text “HELP”. To start receiving messages, text “START”.
