Requirements and Qualifications

• May be an existing home or new construction.
• One unit per home.
• Ventilation fan must be 2,000 CFM or greater and permanently installed in the upper floor.
• Work must be completed by a qualified HVAC contractor or may be self-installed.
• Must submit completed application.
• Itemized receipt or contractor invoice.
• Application must be received within 180 days of installation.
• Must be a Heber Light & Power customer.
