Requirements and Qualifications

• May be an existing home or new construction.
• Up to 2 units per home.
• Electrically cooled and/or heated homes qualify.
• Thermostat must be Energy Star certified to qualify.
• Must submit completed application.
• Itemized receipt or contractor invoice.
• Application must be received within 180 days of installation.
• Must be a Heber Light & Power customer.
