Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be an existing home, not new construction.
- One unit per home. Upon approval, additional heat pumps may qualify.
- Evaporative cooler or room air conditioner replacements do not qualify.
- Minimum SEER and EER ratings as listed in rebate table.
- Work must be completed by a qualified HVAC contractor.
- Must submit completed application.
- Itemized receipt or contractor invoice.
- Application must be received within 180 days of installation.
- Must be a Heber Light & Power customer.
